The scenic vineyard is approximately 4.2 hectares, comprising some of the best clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They also have Cabernet Sauvignon and new Sauvignon Blanc vines. You wouldn’t make wine from supermarket grapes; so why would you make cider from supermarket apples?

At The Denmark Heritage Cider Company we SIMPLY use REAL cider apples to produce Western Australia’s only REAL Cider. We don’t use the eating apples that supermarkets reject. We don’t add flavours. Our apples have been selected by cider drinkers, over generations, to produce a great cider taste. Please come and taste the difference.

As a by-product of our cider making, we also produce a range of Apple Cider Vinegars. All of these vinegars have intense fruit flavours associated with using REAL cider apples, and all have “the Mother”.
