Travel arrangements and prices detailed on this www Internet site are provided and coordinated by Denmark Tourism Inc. Denmark Tourism Inc. has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information in this Internet WWW site as at the time of compilation. However, as the relevant accommodation & tour operators in this brochure supply this information, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained in this publication or information as so supplied.
Sales of services as contained in this publication are made by Denmark Tourism Inc., only as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services. Denmark Tourism Inc. does not accept responsibility for any changes in price variation of services shown. All services and prices are subject to change without notice ( except where a booking is already confirmed)

DENMARK VISITOR CENTRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit of one nights accommodation plus $50 is required within 48 hours to secure your booking. The remaining balance will need to be finalised 30 days
prior to arriving. Full payment is required if booking is made within the 30 days of arriving. Bookings made within 7 days of arriving will need to be paid by credit card only. All bookings paid by credit card will incur a credit card processing fee. $50 fee applied to all cancelled confirmed bookings. One nights fee applies for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Full refund (less $50) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.No refund given for reduction in guest numbers. Plus Operators cancellation fee.
PRICE MATCH POLICY
As a condition of membership with the DTI, bookable members must ensure that retail sell prices for all accommodation and tours listed on Bookeasy will not be above the member’s own retail sell rate via all on-line and off-line sales channels. If a member does offer a lower retail rate and/or retails rates with inclusions or introduces a special rate direct to customers or via other sales channels, the member
agrees that DTI will be able to access and charge such rates in order to price match and the usual DTI commission rate applies. If DTI becomes aware that a member is not providing DTI with their best rate they will be sent a letter advising them of their membership agreement. Upon the third letter, the member will be suspended for three months. If the member repeats the above, their membership is not renewed.
DTI CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
From time to time DTI receives feedback from customers following their stay in Denmark. It is the responsibility of
the Member to ensure all feedback is followed up within 7 days of receipt of the complaint and co-operate with the DTI to make sure that an
appropriate outcome is achieved for all parties concerned. If DTI receives more than two negative customer feedback responses, then
an inspection of your business will be conducted to confirm that the issues have been addressed and any improvements that are needed are implemented.
WEBSITE DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the member to update and maintain their business webpage on the
www.denmark.com.au website.
Information published on the website must be true, accurate and current. Members are required to ensure details and prices listed are honoured.
WEBSITE DETAIL CHANGES
It is the responsibility of the member to make the appropriate changes on their Bookeasy console. DTI staff are NOT
authorised to make changes to a member’s business page content in Bookeasy unless an official request for change has been received in writing.
Such changes to business page content actioned by DTI staff will incur a $25.00 fee per change (incl GST). The DTI accepts no responsibility for
errors made by staff changing information in this circumstance.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information (PII) you provide us. PII includes information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
This privacy policy explains how Denmark Tourism Inc. handles and protects your PII in accordance with commonly accepted privacy principles.
Denmark Tourism Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time and for any reason. Any material changes to this privacy policy will be posted prior to their implementation. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible we do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you.
Denmark Tourism Inc. collects PII when you:
• Make a booking
Your full name, address, email address and phone number are taken each time you make a booking with bookeasy.com.aucentre.com.
• Contact coordinator@denmark.com.au
Denmark Tourism Inc. collects PII such as your full name, address, email address and/or telephone number whenever you submit a query or suggestion, or request assistance with a booking.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Denmark Tourism Inc. uses your PII only for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests for our products and services. Information collected on manager@denmark.com.au may be used to:
• Purchase Denmark Tourism Inc. products or services
Information collected when you purchase from Denmark Tourism Inc. is used to charge your credit card and deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking.
• Respond to your questions or suggestions
We will use your address, email address and/or telephone number to contact you when you submit a question or suggestion.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
Denmark Tourism Inc. does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except in the following circumstances:
• Accommodation suppliers
Denmark Tourism Inc. provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although Denmark Tourism Inc. offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase on Denmark Tourism Inc.
• Legal obligations
Denmark Tourism Inc. may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to Denmark Tourism Inc. for the purposes of obtaining products or services from Denmark Tourism Inc. Denmark Tourism Inc. may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Denmark Tourism Inc.’s interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
HOW YOU CONTROL AND ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
Denmark Tourism Inc. believes that site visitors and customers should have control over the collection and use of their PII. You have control and access to your information as follows:

If at anytime you would like to alter the PII you provided to Denmark Tourism Inc. in your booking, please contact us.

If at anytime you wish to enquire about any of your PII that is stored by Denmark Tourism Inc. please contact us.
Validity of Rates
Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details.
Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving written confirmation from Denmark Tourism Inc. Please proceed to our "Secure Payment" form to submit credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, cancellations of Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$50.00 (inc. GST) Administration Fee. Administration Fee is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. If the operator has not specified a cancellation policy then the following will be applied in addition to the Administration Fee. One nights fee for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
Tours
These operators reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond their control.
