Kids Summer Activity Program

There are lots of things for kids to do in Denmark during the Summer School Holidays. Visit the Denmark Visitor Centre to pick up a program for the Valley of the Giants and Salty Summer Fun Program. Kids can also join the Bush Survival Skills program (see below) organised by Out of Sight Tours & Eco-Discovery Shop.

Survival situations can happen to anyone and the decisions that kids make in the first 12 hours of an emergency can make all the difference. Skills covered include:
•    the essentials for survival
•    the importance of staying calm
•    mini-shelter building
•    looking for tracks
•    how to find north
•    how to obtain water
•    signalling your presence
