The Valley Of The Giants, within the Walpole Nornalup National Park, is west of Denmark township and is Western Australia's first to be declared Wilderness Area. Within the Valley of the Giants is the world-famous Tree Top Walk and Ancient Empire Forest. This ia all located within 10 minutes of the Denmark hamlets, Nornalup, Bow Bridge and Peaceful Bay.
The Valley Of The Giants offer a wide variety of activities and experiences available for all ages. It is also a great base from which to explore the delights of Albany, the Porongorups, the stunning Stirling Range and the tall-timber country around Walpole and further west to Pemberton and Manjimup
Valley Of The Giants Tree Top Walk is a renowned attraction that soars 40 metres in the tingle foliage. It descends to The Ancient Empire Walk, a grove of giant veteran trees.

Whale Watching at Conspicuous Cliff Beach
Visit Conspicuous Cliff Beach in the Walpole-Nornalup National Park and enjoy the walk trails and spectacular views. You never know your luck - you may witness the antics of migrating whales.
How to get there: The turn-off is 13 km east of Walpole (heading towards Denmark) on the South Coast Hwy. (15 minutes from the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk).
Challenge your perceptions at Swarbrick
Within the Mount Frankland South National Park, Swarbrick is home to some of the oldest trees in Australia, specifically Western Australia’s famous old growth karri forest. The 500 metre loop walk features forest art exhibits and a giant 39 metre long “Wilderness Wall of Perceptions”
How to get there: From Walpole travel 8 km along North Walpole Road, heading towards Mount Frankland (10 minutes by car from Walpole).
Wilderness Experience at Mount Frankland
Dominated by an impressive granite peak, Mount Frankland provides a range of walking and viewing opportunities. Follow the Summit Path and prepare to be impressed at the stunning vista over the Wilderness Area.
How to get there: Travel via North Walpole Road, then east along Frankland Road (30 minutes by car from Walpole).
