The Denmark Tavern is situated at the western entrance to town and is a perfect stop-over for a meal as you make your way out to the beaches, National Parks and Tree Top Walk. Just out of town on Lantzke Road, as you begin the Scotsdale Tourist Drive, you'll find the Denmark Berry Farm. Pick your own delicious berries just 4 km from town and close to the wineries and galleries of the Scotsdale Tourist Drive. Further out Scotsdale Road is the Denmark Farmhouse Cheese Factory. Ross and Dallas Lewis handcraft cheese in their stunning cheese factory and cellar door from local fresh milk. Over ten different styles of cheese are available to sample, ranging from Camembert, Brie, a Dutch-style cheese, Fetta, Havarti and (the newest cheeses added to the range) our Blues. Bartholomew's Meadery on South Coast Highway at William Bay is a great place to learn about the many wonderful products made by the bees, including finest quality, unprocessed honey, propolis (a natural antibiotic), beepollen, beeswax and royal jelly products. The Toffee Factory and a Bit On the Side are also on South Coast Highway, just west of the Meadery. Jon and Jill have been making toffee with the finest ingredients in the traditional English manner since 1996. View the toffee making process daily and sample the goodies. Toffee in a variety of flavours and quantities are available and can either be eaten now (if you can't wait) or taken away as a perfect gift. Mail order service also available.
