Denmark Visitor Centre Booking Cancellation Policy

$50 fee applied to all cancelled confirmed bookings.
One night’s fee applies for all bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
Full refund (less $50) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund given for reduction in guest numbers.

Denmark Visitor Centre Bond Policy

Introduction
An Owner condition for the booking of some properties by the Denmark Visitor Centre is that the Denmark Visitor Centre reserve the right to access credit card details to compensate the Owner for any breach or default by the Client in respect of the booking, including but not limited to charges for costs of repairs to the premises or the chattels arising out of damage or neglect by the Client, the Client’s visitors, or people associated with the Client.
Clients will be advised of this condition before the booking is made.

Keys
Should the Client lose the keys, then the Client shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with replacing the keys, or gaining access to the property.

Pets
Unless otherwise agreed, pets are not allowed in or about the property. If a pet is found to have been in or about the property credit card details may be accessed to meet the cost of fumigation of the property.

Late Checkout
Credit card details may be accessed if the cleaner is delayed in entering the property because of late checkout.

Use of Extra Rooms/Beds
Use of rooms and/or beds in excess of number specified at the time of booking will incur an additional charge for bedding.
