The Australian Alpaca Centre has the finest selection of Alpaca Knitwear sourced from Australia and overseas.

Exceptional garments for both women and men are hand finished in wonderful colours and styles. The quality and attention to detail ensures our exquisite Alpaca clothing will last. In addition to the clothing range, sumptuous blankets, quilts, throws and pillows made from alpaca fleece with its low allergy properties are also available. To compliment the knitwear beautiful jewellery and giftware can also be found at the Centre. The jewellery collection is from both local WA jewellers and jewellers from afar.

Similarly the giftware range is a broad mix showcasing local and Australian products as well as from around the world. For the knitters there is a range of 8ply alpaca yarns in many colours to inspire. This sophisticated and elegant fashion is available in Denmark now.

The Australian Alpaca Centre is located in Strickland Street, about 10 minutes walk from the Visitor Centre. Alpaca is one of natures luxurious wonder fibres, renowned for its softness and warmth and yet surprisingly light in weight. Come and see our stunning range and see why the amazing alpaca fleece is referred to as the Fibre of the Gods.

Directions: From the Visitor Centre drive east on south coast highway into the town centre, turn right into Strickland Street. Opening Hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, 7 days a week.
