Silas and Angela Masih realised a dream when they opened Pepper & Salt Restaurant in 2010. Silas’ unique cuisine is based on his Fijian-Indian heritage; his philosophy of natural seasonal flavours enhanced by simple spice influences create incredible soulful dishes. His passion for the good things in life and insatiable curiosity means the menu is always focused on produce in season and produce grown locally.
In 2013 Pepper & Salt Restaurant moved to Forest Hill Vineyard on the South Coast Highway. The restaurant features stunning views of the region and is the perfect setting for any occasion.
Opening hours: Thursday-Sunday lunches 12-3pm, Friday night dinner 6-9pm
